Add another perspective to your service design approach
The traditional service design lens looks at the problem from these three perspectives:
- Desirability: what will customers and users value?
- Viability: what will help the business and stakeholders achieve their goals?
- Feasibility: what is technical and operationally feasible?
When designing sustainable solutions, add one more perspective for a more holistic approach - responsibility.
